SeaTech Expansion & Seawall Replacement
Overview
Â鶹ŮÀÉ (Â鶹ŮÀÉ) is seeking expand the SeaTech campus located in The City of Dania Beach which houses their Ocean, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering Departments. This expansion will be done on property that Â鶹ŮÀÉ leases from The City of Dania Beach. Gold Caliber Engineering (GCE) has been tasked with repairing the failing seawall and adding a new facility to the empty parcel of land west of the existing campus.

Community Benefit
This development will help to enhance Â鶹ŮÀÉ's Ocean, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering Departments. This program will help to attract future students that are interested in these areas of engineering. Currently Â鶹ŮÀÉ, University of Miami, and Florida Institute of Technology are the only schools in South Florida that offers Ocean Engineering. The goal is to make Â鶹ŮÀÉ the premier route to a career in this field.
