The Master of Science with Major in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) prepares students to have a job that benefits humanity. Electrical engineering is the design and analysis of any device or system that uses electricity or electromagnetic radiation. In this field you will concentrate on the generation, transmission, distribution, and consumption of energy. Students may specialize in several areas: telecommunications; digital signal processing; systems and robotics, including control systems and machine vision; electromagnetics and RF, antennas, microwave systems, EMC/EMI and HF RF circuit design; alternative energy systems, including photovoltaic and fuel cell systems; bioengineering; neural networks; and optics and photonics.
