Charles K. Wu brings design expertise through his three decades of work experience, multiple certifications and educational background from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with master’s degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning.Â
He brings valuable design experience as Development Services Director for Palm Beach Gardens and as Planning Director for West Palm Beach, where one of the first Form-Based Codes for a downtown was crafted. He is accredited by the Congress for the New Urbanism and holds dual certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners as a certified planner and urban designer. He is also triple certified with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), and one of the few triple certified as a mediator with the Florida Supreme Court.  Â
