Stacy Volnick, PhD is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She is a member of the University’s Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the President.

Dr. Volnick oversees Â鶹ŮÀÉ’s Division of Administrative Affairs, which is committed to providing business and functional services that enhance the university experience for the Â鶹ŮÀÉ family and support the institution’s academic mission. The departments within Administrative Affairs are: Business Services, Facilities Management, University Police, Environmental Health and Safety, Human Resources, Emergency Management, Strategic Initiatives,Ìý Parking and Transportation, and the University Ombudsman. Dr. Volnick also provides administrative oversight of the Office of the Inspector General and the University Compliance Office. Additionally, she is responsible for the direction of the Eleanor R. Baldwin House, which is the President’s on-campus residence.

Dr. Volnick is a long-time member of the Â鶹ŮÀÉ family with more than 25 years of higher education experience. She is a three-time alumna, having earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, a master’s degree in educational leadership and a doctoral degree in higher education leadership.
