Boot Camp Overview
This full-day boot camp is designed to equip both new and returning faculty administrators with essential skills and up-to-date best practices for effective leadership.

Participants will then benefit from a panel discussion featuring current and former Chairs and Associate Deans, who will provide insights on the transition from faculty roles to administrative positions.
