Your application for first-year admission to Â鶹ŮÀÉ is an application for both admission and merit-based scholarships. Completed applications , including all supporting materials and test scores, must be received by the dates below for consideration.Ìý
Based on the competitiveness of the applicant pool, a student may be offered admission to a different entry term than the one originally selected on their application. Our admitted student profiles and entrance programs can be viewed here.
Please keep in mind that, when requesting electronic transcripts from other institutions, it may take 5-7 business days for Florida Atlantic to receive the requested items.

*Glossary of Terms
- Early Action: An application option that allows students to apply by October 15 and receive an admission decision by December 5.
- Rolling Decision: An application option that allows students to apply by March 13 and receive an admission decision on a rolling basis.
- Admit: An applicant who has been formally approved and granted admission to their academic program at Florida Atlantic.
- Materials: Documents required to complete an application, including high school courses and grades and SAT, ACT, or CLT scores.Ìý
- Waitlist: A group of students whose applications are held in reserve after a college makes its admission decisions. If space becomes available, students on the waitlist may be offered admission.
- Deny: An admission outcome in which an applicant is not offered admission.
- Defer: An admission outcome in which an Early Action applicant is neither admitted not denied; instead, their application will be reconsidered during the Regular Decision review.
- Defer Decision: An option allowing students to submit updated grades or test scores by February 15 for reconsideration of their admission decision.
