The administration team provides comprehensive support to the four functional areas and all locations of the Career Centers at Florida Atlantic. Leading the department, the Assistant Vice President oversees career services and actively collaborates with academic colleges, the community, and employer partners to equip students with the skills and experiences needed to become career-ready leaders, capable of achieving sustained professional success in a global workforce.

The Career Pathways and Coaching and College Liaison Team provides comprehensive, evidence-based, one-on-one services to support all students, from first-year undergraduates through Ph.D. candidates, as well as alumni, in building their future career paths. The team helps students connect their academic experiences to career goals, develop professional competencies, make informed career decisions, and successfully transition into employment, graduate education, or other post-graduate opportunities.
The College Liaison Team consists of professionals who provide personalized career services across the university's colleges. College liaisons build relationships with faculty, staff, employers, students, and community partners to create strong career ecosystems that foster student success and professional development.
