Â鶹ŮÀÉ Community Health Center:Ìý This fund supports the Â鶹ŮÀÉ Northwest Community Health Alliance Community Health Center, which offers a wide range of services, led by advanced practice nurses in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. We prioritize community, family, and person-centered care, and focus on the early detection of physical, mental, and chronic illnesses through health screenings. Our services are available to everyone, regardless of their insurance status. Your support will enable us to continue helping underserved communities.
The Louis and Anne Green Memory and Wellness Center : This fund supports the Louis and Anne Green Memory and Wellness Center, a self-sustaining entity of the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Â鶹ŮÀÉ. Their mission is to meet the complex needs of persons with memory disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, and their families through a comprehensive array of services, compassionate and innovative programs of care, research, and education. Many of the programs and services are not covered by insurance; therefore, patients and family caregivers must pay on a fee-for-service basis.
