The PELS' approach to supporting multilingual and multidialectical students begins with supporting Â鶹ŮÀÉ faculty.
The PELS Team is available to support faculty by:
- hosting faculty workshops
- providing support material/handouts
- meeting with individual faculty and departmentsÌý ÌýÌý

- The linguistic and cultural challenges that multilingual students face and share resources on second language acquisition
- Effective ways of commenting on second language students' writing
- Inclusive classroom discussions and team projects
