Welcome to Owl Advocates
About Us
Welcome to Owl Advocates! We are a community of Â鶹ŮÀÉ alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends who are committed to advocating for the University and its priorities at all levels of government.
Our goal is to bring Â鶹ŮÀÉ to national prominence and to further its recognition as a center of top-quality educational programs, economic development, meaningful research and transformative community engagement.
We need your help. Taking Â鶹ŮÀÉ to the next level will require the vocal support of a well-informed and enthusiastic Owl Nation.
This website was designed to connect you to timely and important information about Â鶹ŮÀÉ and its legislative priorities, and to provide you with links that will assist you in determining who your elected officials are and how best to communicate with them. We hope this site will be a resource for you as we work together to move Â鶹ŮÀÉ and its agenda forward.
Owl Advocates will allow Â鶹ŮÀÉ to share successes, engage lawmakers, and increase awareness of the University's legislative priorities.
We invite you to engage with us and let your hoot be heard!
Our Mission
The mission of the Office of Government Relations is to promote and reinforce Â鶹ŮÀÉ as a valued and trusted partner; to advocate for the university at all government jurisdictional levels; and to facilitate partnerships with business, economic development and non-profit organizations.
