Wei Laboratory

Neurodegeneration, Cellular stress, Multi-Omics, and Human iPSC Disease Modeling

Wei Lab members, including Dr. Jianning Wei

About the Lab

The Wei Laboratory at Â鶹ŮÀÉ investigates the molecular and cellular mechanisms that drive neurodegenerative disease, with a primary focus on Huntington’s disease (HD). Our overarching goal is to define how genetic vulnerability interacts with environmental factors to alter neuronal function and accelerate disease progression.

We integrate human stem cell models, multi-omics technologies, and systems-level functional analyses to uncover actionable therapeutic pathways.
