The Employee Educational Program (EEP) is a tuition benefit offered to eligible Â鶹ŮÀÉ employees, their qualifying dependent(s) and spouse. Enrollment may be either degree-seeking or on a space available basis, contingent upon the qualifying enrollee.

Note:

EEP Applications must beÌý Successfully CompletedÌý by 12:00PM the day before the Last Day to DROP/ADD for the semester, per theÌý Â鶹ŮÀÉ Academic Calendar . EEP Applications areÌý Successfully Completed Ìýwhen all Managers in the Approval Chain, as well as Human Resources and the Tuition & Billing Department, have approved it in Workday.Ìý

There are three annual deadlines for the EEP:

12:00PM the Day before the Last Day to Drop/Add of Spring Semester

12:00PM the Day before the *Last Day to Drop/Add of Summer Semester

12:00PM the Day before the Last Day to Drop/Add of Fall Semester

TheÌý Â鶹ŮÀÉ Academic Calendar Ìýdetermines the EEP deadline. The Last Day to DROP/ADD on theÌý Â鶹ŮÀÉ Academic Calendar Ìýis the date the EEP sets its deadline by. This deadline applies to courses for all Â鶹ŮÀÉ Departments and Programs, even those with different Drop/Add dates.

*The deadline for the Summer Semester is the Full Term/Summer 1 Last Day to Drop/Add noted on the Â鶹ŮÀÉ Academic Calendar date.

Purpose of Program:

The program is designed to provide eligible Â鶹ŮÀÉ (Â鶹ŮÀÉ) employees the opportunity to enhance their job skills and further their education by attending classes at Â鶹ŮÀÉ during their employment tenure. The program also will provide a University benefit that will aid in the recruitment and retention of Â鶹ŮÀÉ employees. Eligible full-time employees at Â鶹ŮÀÉ may enroll for up to six (6) credit hours of graduate or undergraduate instruction* per term (Fall, Spring and Summer) under the Employee Educational Program.Ìý *Qualified employees who take courses (including internet courses) offered at the Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale (Tower), Davie, HBOI, SeaTech, or MacArthur campuses are eligible for the Employee Educational Program. Only courses listed in the Â鶹ŮÀÉÌý Ìý catalog Ìý Ìýwill qualify for the EESP. ÌýContract courses or other special programs are not eligible for this scholarship. Employees will be responsible for the additional cost and fees associated with such programs as the Executive MBA, International MBA, FEEDS and E-College. The employee must complete the entire semester as an Â鶹ŮÀÉ employee. The employee will be responsible for paying for any course if not an employee at the end of each semester.Ìý
